WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“Cell Biology for Babies by Dr. Haitham Ahmed is a gem! It is written in a format similar to other children's books with large drawings in color and turns a complex topic into one that is digestible, even by a toddler. I have read this book to my 4 year old son several times, because he has ASKED for it over and over. Today, he said "Hey dad, can you read me that book about the "Sal" (Cell) that tells you about your body parts that allow you to run and hear and see?!" He also likes the colors and fact that he has to point to the different parts of the cell all while (secretly) learning biology. I congratulate Dr. Ahmed on filling an unmet need in the world of young children' books and education! I, and I'm sure my son, look forward to more books by him!”

“This is a wonderful book for young children. Both my 3 and 6 year old girls love this book. I am a scientist and love books like this that spark an interest in science and are pitched at an age appropriate level. Beautifully illustrated and interactive.”

“So adorable. I loved this one especially because I’m a chemistry science nerd. It’s never too early to educate your little ones.”

“Written by a physician, Cell Biology For Babies, is a cute board book that teaches children the essential components of a cell, along with their function. Perfect for your budding scientist! I thought the constant use of the same picture of the cell, but with different colors highlighting the organelle being discussed at that time, was a great way to illustrate the way the cell is organized. It took me back to Biology class!”- Stephanie C.“This book is like no other! Every child should have. One of these! As a mom of two young children I highly recommend it!”
- Elizabeth W.
“I read to my kids. A lot. The struggle has always been to find books that actually teach on an age-appropriate level. I am so thrilled to find "Cell Biology for Babies." You might think the subject matter is too advanced for a toddler, but that's the brilliance of this book. The text works seamlessly with the illustrations, so a child can truly grasp what is being taught. I also really liked how there were questions, encouraging interaction with the child. I truly hope Dr. Ahmed gives us some more books like this!”

“Cell Biology For Babies is a great learning tool for kids. It keeps things simple and explains in easy terms the parts of the cell. The pictures help by showing each item being discussed in a different color than the others. I recommend this as a good read for the very young! It will also appeal to kids that are a bit older because of the educational aspects!”

“I love the simplicity yet comprehensive coverage of all cell components. My 5 year old became really curious about each structure. This book is just perfect - well written, illustrated and with enough content to make it affordable to children.”
